Unfortunately this time, I experienced my first ever incident with DTA and I chalk it up to inexperience of junior staff, forced to step up in the absence of one of their main mechanics who was out with an injury. Without providing all the details, I was basically inconvenienced for 1.5 hours while I dealt with an overheated, overflowing radiator, upon arrival back home in my garage, due to a cap that was not secured adequately. My biggest concern of course, was the well being of my two dogs who I quickly tied up elsewhere and washed down my driveway, before mopping up my garage. Following the incident at home, I got my vehicle back down to DTA and was taken care of promptly. Could have been worse, and yes much later to work than anticipated, but have flexible arrangements with employer and no issues arose. Despite my significant inconvenience, I would still recommend DTA to anyone"

"I hate that I just spent a boat load of money in one visit, but honestly, it was my choice - no one twisted my arm or forced me. I've been a LONG time customer and while it hurt to pay so much for repairs on my late model vehicle, money that most people would have gawked about, I know it was a job well done, my car is safe on the road for me and my family, and well, darn it, there were more than 5 different things done in one visit, so I shouldn't whine."
