"You know the story. Car dies, towed in, problems arise because of it. Unfortunately, my car alternator died and I was informed that it would be 8 hours of labor. My wife, who is in med-school, had finals the next day. Luckily, after explaining this to Adam, he was able to put an extra guy on the job in order to get the work done before the end of day. Because of it, he now has a new customer in the area. Thanks Adam and team!"

"Prompt and professional service when I had a break down on the highway. Schertz Automotive got the problem fixed as quickly as I could ask for and did so in spite of a full lot of service jobs they already had that day. They appear clean and organized and I tend to think those are signs that they know what they are doing. I lost about half a business day because of the breakdown, but the people at Schertz Automotive kept that to a minimum. I'd certainly use them again, but hope I don't have too!"

"Seamlessly set up a smog check appointment through their web portal in the late evening. Received a quick auto generated response and the next day at ~8:20AM received an confirmation on the upcoming appointment which included a link to add it to my outlook calender ( nice touch ). The actual appointment started on time and was completed quickly (~15min.). I am very pleased the the service they provided."

"I will only bring my cars to this shop. Not only are they professional but they're a good honest business. I couldn't of been happier with the promptness and level of excellence.
