I wish all businesses were as trustworthy, honest and customer service oriented as Westlake Independent! From the first person to greet you at the counter (Barbara, Angela, Misty), to the service advisors (Craig, Chad and even sometimes Bruce, the owner) to the great guys working on your car every person is always willing to help and does their best to make sure it is done right. What more could you ask for? NOTHING!!!"

"AMAZING! I went to Heritage for the first time two days ago. I called and spoke to Scott on a Monday afternoon, expecting to be scheduled out a week or two. After telling him that I made a mistake and needed the issue fixed before my family could hit the road safely to Wyoming to see my new granddaughter. (that is due any day now!) Scott got me in the NEXT DAY! I was able to drop my van after hours and pick it up after hours. Scott was able to do everything over the phone, saving me valuable work time. On top of all that, they gave me a 10% discount off the top for being a vet! I will never take my cars anyplace else! THANKS SCOTT and HERITAGE !!!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!! Darren P"

"These guys are great. Everyone from the shop owner to the receptionist, Gary (a shining beacon of customer service; seriously this guy is awesome) are professional, polite and knowledgable guys. I personally think that is THE MOST important thing about almost any business, so I could stop there...but there's more.They couldn't replicate the problem I was having with my Mini (the details of which I won't get into, but it is minor) and so didn't charge for the TWO different occasions I brought it in and they did diagnostics, a full inspection & even fixed a few minor issues with some switches not working. This is a shop owner that has integrity, evidenced by his devoted customer base. From now on, I'm not taking my Mini anywhere else. Ever."
