"PSAW did a good job at diagnosing my high pitched noise when I start my car. They changed my serpentinite belt and fixed my water pump that was leaking on to the belt. The cost they charge for the belt was about one third less than I had paid at another shop and the total cost was very reasonable for the work. Since I did not have a ride Keoki took me home and even offered to pick me up. They made me feel very comfortable and I definitely would recommend them."

"The quality of work is always consistent. The customer service is above and beyond my expectations every time. My most recent experience is a perfect example. I was in for a problem with the AC that leaked into the car. As a result the passenger side of the car in both the front and the back was soaked. The individuals at Bradham, not only addressed the AC issue, but also took all of the seats out, called me to see if it was okay if they used the wet-vac on it, then were willing to leave the fans on it all weekend, and went out of their way to get baking soda and make sure the car didn't smell. I cannot express how appreciative I was to know that they were willing address all aspects of the fix instead of just the mechanics."
