"Excellent service! We are new to the area and ubrubtly had a flat tire one morning in my driveway. I called AAA and a technician from Skillmams came in a flash, even though it was torrentially downpouring! He put on my spare and even took my tire to the shop so they could patch the tire without me having to make 2 trips with my one year old. They even accomadated that I could come get it the next day because my daughter was napping. Put my tire on very fast and put air in all my tires. All the guys were so friendly and took the time to talk to us and amuse my daughter :) We will be back for all of our car maintenance in the future!"

"I recently broke down in Oxford. I had my truck towed to Pro and Jason had it diagnosed as a bad starter within first 5 minutes. My truck was fixed within 4 hours.great repair service. Only downfall was there Is no road service and had to call an Independent tow truck."

"I arrived Monday morning without an appointment because a bolt going into my tire on Sunday afternoon, did not make an appointment. I left the car for repair and was given a ride to a destination close by. I received a call about 2 hours later that the car was ready for pick up and my ride was on the way to get me. Chris, Tammy and the whole crew at Tinley Auto Repair are great."

"Heading out in our '86 Vanagon Westfalia loaded with 2 weeks of camp supplies when water pump went out. Had it towed to a VW dealer who would take too long to fix it. Good fortune smiled on us when we found GHS. They replaced the pump and we were on the road again. The VW wasn't done with us yet and the overflow bottled developed a crack which drained much needed water. A tow back to the shop which went online to find the no longer available part, drove out to the valley to get the part, installed it and did not charge us labor. Now that's service so GO THERE for all your german auto repair needs."

From the moment the telephone was answered to the moment I paid the bill and drove off the lot the customer service could not have been better! The entire staff was polite, Professional, and courteous. In 30 years of driving, I have always done repairs myself or at the dealership. I always avoided the small corner shops due to the nightmares you hear about. I have been proven wrong! Not only was the customer service better, but, the repairs were done faster and cheaper!
