"Again Quality Motors far exceeded my expectations in cost, service, and how beautiful he made my "Notdstrom Rack Ouch" fixed to look beautiful again~ I was in the shop for an air conditioning issue when Mike noticed the dents in my bumper and asked about it.. Not only is he right to the point in having a professional come to the shop and make like new, his quote was 1/2 of what the dealership quoted.. The 528 I looked brand new, was finished by noon, and Ernie picked me up for a Free Ride~ John and Mark are so available and accommodating as well.. This is my 3rd BMW purchased, serviced, and loved thru Quality Motors~ They are a 10!!"

"My car had died when i attempted to leave work and i had AAA tow my car to Skillman to have them look at it. i received a call shortly after they had opened the next day from Johnathan asking what they needed to look for. I explained the problem and they said i'd receive a call later when they nailed down the problem. Johnathan called back and I gave the go ahead to work on it. They really went above and beyond to fix the problem as completely as they could while not heading first for the most expensive solution. In the end we ended up saving nearly 300$ from the initial quote because they managed to find another more easily repairable problem. Skillman Services was very fast very honest and very polite. I will continue doing ALL of my vehicle services here because the experience was just that wonderful."

"Luis is my go-to mechanic. The first time I called I knew exactly what was wrong with my car, and he gave me a quick and honest quote for what I needed, plus a worst case scenario quote. His prices are unbelievably good for the quality work that he does. He also makes a point to get in and out fast, not waste your money on excess labor charges. He is very knowledgeable and wants you to understand. As a woman it is sometimes hard to find mechanics who don't treat you like an idiot, and he exceeded in this category. He spent a lot of time telling me what went wrong, why it went wrong, and things to watch out for. I recommend taking your car here, because Luis is an honest and talented mechanic. He has my business for life."

I was advised that once the brake booster & vacuum pump were replaced, the master cylinder worked fine. I appreciated the honesty. It saved me a large amount.
