If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"I would highly recommend them as a shop that provides personal customer service and does quality work on my car - always in a timely manner and thoroughly explained."

"59 Auto was able to take my vehicle in quickly and gave me an estimate that was accurate on the repair. They gave a time estimate which was correct and on time if not earlier than expected."

"I took my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in to Pro Auto after my dealership diagnosed my problem as bad drive shaft and wheel bearing would be $2,000! Spoke with Larry about the sound and vibration I was experiencing and he diagnosed it as U joints. They replaced 3 u joints at a cost o $425. Thanks Pro Auto I will be back!"

"Prompt & excellent service as always!"

"I had the Airbag (Takata) Recall service performed by Honda dealer for my 2004 Element. Service advisor reported Torn Ball joint Boots and NEEDED replacement. I took the Element to my current Honest-I shop for 4WD fluid replacement and was told the Boots would last a Few/Several more months. Although, I'll still need the $650 Ball Joint service in a few months, I appreciate the truth regarding the vehicle's condition. THANK YOU !!"

"Thanks for helping me out when traveling from out of town, good work, quality advise. Thanks again, Fred Whittier, Ca"

"I have used them for about 20 years now. First when we lived in Snellville and ever since we moved out to Grayson. I think they are one of most ethical bunks of folks in the automotive business. I've taken 6 different cars to them, including a couple of old classic restored cars. They always call me to ask how things are going? If you're looking for the cheapest around, go somewhere else. If you're looking for someone that you can trust what they are saying, go here."

"These guys are reliable, courteous and deliver as promised. I couldn't ask for more!"
|
"Honest, clearly explains issues concerning my car, recommends alternative repairs if appropriate and gives accurate estimates. This is the only shop I'd trust my car to. And, even if it were a new vehicle, I'd come to Virginia Auto Service (not the dealer) for the scheduled maintenance services."

"They were very nice, and apparently very thorough, BUT seemed to take a long time, and I had to always call to find out what was up with car--shop didnt call me. However, it seems like a very busy shop, so perhaps 2 days keeping the car w/o a call is typical, and not really unusual to my car experience?"

"No problem was found & I was not charged anything...I recommend them highly."

"I was referred to Ron's years back and have had only good experiences there. I'm a believer in preventative maintenance and have tried to stick with the recommended services. I do believe Ron's does what is necessary to keep my vehicle in great shape, especially considering its age."

"This shop has a good interface, the intake was quick, the shuttle was good - but the work was not entirely satisfactory. I did not think the technicians knew what they were doing about installing new tires: I had to return for a rebalance and the lug bolts were not torqued properly. I would advise against buying tires at this shop."

"Great place to have auto repairs completed."

"My vehicle was in need of some serious repair and it was handled perfectly, I was impressed with the price, timing and communication at all times."
|
"The Browns are simply the best. Excellent system to address work that needs to be done or watched. They always take the time to explain and answer questions. And such gentlemen. They have my complete confidence."

"We would highly recommend them, honest and reliable, excellent workmanship"

"Don't go anywhere else!"
