"It's very clear that they care about the customers and aren't out to play games by providing or recommending services that the vehicle doesn't need and then, upon completion, weren't done properly. They have a comfortable sitting area with cable television and complementary keurig coffee so you can relax while they complete a genuine and thorough vehicle exam. I'm not trying to sound over generous but there is a clear difference between a family run business and a corporate one like Jiffy Lube, and I really appreciate it when a business genuinely wants their customers to be satisfied with their work. In summation, if you want an honest and efficient car repair experience, you can't go wrong with Town and Country."
