"Took truck in for engine light problem. They called us to inform the problems that needed to be fixed and asked if we wanted to go ahead. When job was completed they gave us a call. At that time I asked if they had time to replace a headlight bulb for another car, which was discovered that morning. They were very helpful and were able to fit me in the same day."

"Pearl City Auto Works' technical people are very professional, do excellent work and very patient when answering my questions. When found, they will inform me of areas on my car that needs repair and if possible, which problems are not serious so that they do not have to be worked on for now. They also recommend ways to keep my car in good condition.Their owner, Erin, and office staff is always friendly, explain the cost (which is reasonable) in detail and try very hard to give me an appointment as soon as possible. Erin also expects excellent work from her associates, that they conduct themselves professionally, and that their work area is always safe and clean. I want to go to a car repair shop that will give me top quality work, fair price, and where I feel I am being treated honestly. Pearl City Auto Shop is the place I have experienced this."
