"Like one of the previous reviews, I had to get a lamp inspection for a salvaged car. Â I arrived early on Tuesday morning without an appointment and they took care of me right away. Â Less than an hour wait and very reasonable cost for the service. Getting the proper certifications for my car has been quite an ordeal. Â It had actually had been to a shop in San Diego three times previously (my son uses the car and he goes to school there) and failed to pass. Â Each time the cost for checking the lamps was twice what I paid at Cars Muffler & Automotive Inc.The staff were very friendly and professional. Â I highly recommend them for your certification needs."

"I had an oil change done at Pro Auto in Dudley yesterday and it was wonderful. I used to take my car to Jiffy Lube but wanted to try somewhere more local. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I sipped on a free coffee and my three year old watched one of her favorite shows on their TV. Not only do they do an oil change, they did a general inspection of the whole car, topped off fluids as needed, vacuumed the floors and seats and did a perfect job on the vacuuming, put a reminder cling on the windshield with the next service date and mileage and topped it off with an air freshener! We were out in about a half hour and for less than I was paying before! I will always come here for my automotive needs."
