"I was greeted by Anthony who offered me a beverage while I wait. He listened as I asked them to check the status of the A/C on my car. Jason then came in and followed up with questions regarding the A/C. This was my first visit so I was unaware and pleasantly surprised at the end of my visit to find that they had inspected my car and noticed that it also would need a right tirod. My car was pulled up to the front for me and again to my surprise was vacuumed. The guys were all friendly and honest and the place looked clean and well kept."

"Reflex tuning provides the highest level of auto service I have ever received. They are clearly a step above what the dealerships are offering and at a much more reasonable price. I had several issues with my Jetta Sportwagon TDI that had been bugging me for well over a year despite regular maintenance at the dealership. When I got my car back from Reflex I fell in love with it all over again. It now drives like new again (120,000 miles). I now want to drive this car for another 120,000 miles and beyond.
