"I feel Don and the crew will stand behind their work, and that's important. After a recent oil change there was a minor leak. When I let them know they got me back in immediately and fixed the problem. They cleaned up the car and had it back to me quickly. Every thing is great now and ready for a long road trip. I also asked them to inspect my brake system which they did at no charge. They let me know that the brakes had plenty of miles left."

"Everything was great except our advisor didn't call us back in the time frame he said to discuss what work was needed on our car even after 2 calls to the office. We were told he was on a call and I finally had to ask to speak with someone else, which the receptionist was hesitant to do. It was a bit frustrating."
