"Had to bring the car in because of a failed emissions test, they diagnosed the problem and got the job done same day. Car is running fine. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the repair could have been less costly."

"Service is always excellent. However it was upsetting that I called on Weds to get an appointment on Fri and when I brought my car in on Fri they didn't have me down as scheduled. This meant my car wasn't worked on or done on Fri and had to stay over the weekend and didn't get worked on until the following Monday. This was upsetting because the guy I spoke with told me to bring it in on Friday because they were busy the other days and Friday was open."

"For a person who most of the time is flying by the seat of her pants, they get me in and done in no time flat. I appreciate them keeping me advised at what I need to be doing and when I need to be doing it.
