It was very quick when I checked in and Susanne at Hertz was friendly and told me that the shop pays $10 of the loaner car fee, that is very kind.
It was an unexpected touch to get a handwritten thank you card from Ken, including a refund on the unexpected charge for the windshield wiper fluid.
It is a long drive for me to get to Eastside Bavarian; however, for the service and savings and in cost it is worth it! I have already recommended you to a friend that needs work done on his BMW soon."
