We've found that not only are they honest and excellent in their work, they are delightful to work with. They know our cars and our family. They go out of their way to meet our needs and make appropriate recommendations, helping us assess what needs to be done now and what can wait. They consistently provide shuttle rides as needed, give me a full review of proposed work and get approval before starting, and don't charge me for assessments when we decide not to do the work like when it's better to replace a vehicle than repair it. They know I'll be back."

"The service I received was awesome and has been for the last couple of years I've been taking my dodge there. Meyers helped design my truck with updates as to keep me from having to spend $75,000 on a new truck I could not be happier with what they done for my piece of mind. Recently on Dec 22 on our way home to Dayton Wa. I felt a vibration witch I assumed was a carrier bearing. So my wife called for a tow because I did not want to chance running the trams cooler that Meyers had installed a year earlier to cool the custom trams they installed. Well things went bad tow driver pulled us from the rear without pulling the front drive line. In doing so at some point the transfer case engaged and completely destroyed the drive train. We had him deliver it to Meyers that next day. Ben at Meyers called the next day and told me that the damage was extensive $18,000 worth. Over the next 3 months dealing with attorneys and insurance agents, appraisers, and adjusters, Ben had to deal with them also. With all the other things this man has going on with operating his shop. He still keep us informed searched the net, talked to custom trans builders and so forth etc. Ben and his team repaired our truck then drove it back and forth to work for a week or so just to make sure everything was correct before calling us to come and pick it up. Amazing.!!! Can't say enough about their service and customer care. You can tell a lot about a repair shop also by its cleanliness, this shop is maintained . They have earned I customer and his diesel has long as there open. Thank You Ben And Your Team.!!! Through the whole ordeal you gave my wife and myself the only hope for those 3 months."
