"I took my son's car to Eastside Bavarian to get a quick quote to replace his headlight. I was immediately impressed with office and workshop (I walked into the workshop by mistake). Both areas we extremely clean and well organized; I was greeted immediately and then introduced to the manager who took my keys and the car out out the back for an assessment. I was asked to fill out a simple registration form and sat in the very nice reception areas (there was coffee and I think internet available, but I didn't use). The assessment only took about 10 minutes and then I was given a quote. Based on the research I had done previously the quote to make the repairs was quite reasonable and they were available to make the repair immediately. I was in and out in about 35 minutes and it was just a very good experience."
