"Excellent service. I did an overnight drop off and asked for a morning call to give me an estimate of the both the cost of the service and the timing for when the service would be complete. EB called me at 10:00 am as requested and gave me the information that I requested. The service was completed by the end of the day and the cost was on target. The car was returned clean and the service manager discussed their work and also showed me pictures of the before and after. I will continue using EB and recommend them highly to others considering BMW / Mini service for their vehicles."
