"I was originally referred to Rick & Ray's by a tow truck driver. He seemed very honest and I trusted him to direct me to a good auto repair establishment. Sure enough, Rick and raise did an amazing job on my Ford and the price was extremely reasonable. After that great experience, I started getting my car serviced there regularly- they even send out reminders. Recently, my brother gave me his Volvo. My first thought was, oh no, it's a foreign car and Rick & Ray's won't be able to service it! Not the case! The car's A/C was not working so I called and asked if they could service a Volvo, thinking if nothing else, they would refer me to an auto shop as trustworthy as theirs. To my delight, they said they could service the Volvo, no problem, and when did I want to bring it in? I said, today! After they looked over the problem, they knew it would be a couple of days to get the parts so they gave me a loaner car! I was thrilled because part of my fear was how I'd get back and forth to work without my car. Jamie, one of the main service guys, gave me a list of things the car needed urgently, strongly suggested, and "when you can"- it was fantastic because I was able to work within my budget to get the urgent items repaired and wait on the others.
The staff is friendly, honest, and most importantly they do excellent work for a very reasonable price! I love Rick and Ray's!"
