"Although there are multitudes of auto repair places near Escondido, I always take the drive down to San Diego to go to John's Automotive Care. Everyone I've talked to or dealt with there has had excellent customer service and the overwhelming desire to educate you on what's needed for your vehicle. They treat you like family and not just a customer! Now if I could only get the "family" discount. :)"

"Left my car with Dave for an oil change. Taylor completed a thorough vehicle inspection and emailed the report to me, which I was able to pull up on my cell phone. Full review, with pictures! Dave called me and went over the report, and explained any items that I need to keep an eye on. Everyone is extremely friendly and answer any questions you might have. I am a repeat customer and have full trust in them to take care of my car. Outstanding customer service. They took me home and came back and picked me up. They also washed my car and provided a bottle of water, which is a nice feature!! Would recommend to anyone that wants an honest mechanic!!"
