"Brought in my car for general checkup, oil change, and a few known issues. My second time with Eastside Bavarian. Definitely this is the place where I will continue taking my car. A few things which stand out:
* Very professional and fact-based. Ryan (I usually work with him) focuses to make sure I understand the issue and the impacts, but he leaves the decision to me what I want to do. That approach (technical vs sales) works perfectly for me and I appreciate it.
* Fully leverage technology. I get the PDF report in my mail, with all the details.
* Quality: The car is back and it runs with no surprises - that's all I can say.
* Discounted rental next door. $20/day rental works well for me and Ryan already reserves it with them at the time of the appointment.
All in all - highly recommended."
