There is no pressure to do anything. You make your decision based on good information and move forward. "Older, clean shop on 4th Street NW. The mechanics seem to know their stuff. There are older cars outside (belonging to mechanics?) that look almost new because they are so well maintained. I tend to drive older cars, that I like to maintain well, so I will keep going back. For some of us, most I suppose, cars are one of the top, major expenses we have. I wish I could tell you that this shop is cheaper than others, but I cannot. I think you will get a fair deal. If you drive an older car, this is a decent place to go. Since I do not have a new car, I can't say about that."

"I have had my car serviced at Brian's Automotive for 6 plus years and I always feel very satisfied with the service provided, even when they aren't able to do the repair themselves. After diagnosing my last mechanical issue Brian's Auto suggested I take my car to the dealer, which I did. They only charge for the work that's needed and suggest future preventative maintenance/repairs (there was no charge for this recent service). Bottom line it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust...I have definitely found a trustworthy mechanic in Brian's Automotive and his team."
