"Ryan, my service advisor, is great.
I returned after my front brakes were replace and questioned the type of pads used.
While he went into the shop tolocate a new and a used brake pad I called BMW and inquired about the pads they use.
When Ryan returned he demonstrated the effects of braking on pads and confirmed they installed the same pads the BMW said they use.
Later when I returned home he emailed me a page from the BMW website which discussed brake pads.
This is excellent customer service and they strive for customer satisfaction.
