"Appreciate the consideration for a transmission that was leaking after an expensive repair at Schertz Auto. Was out of 12-month warranty but within Schertz Auto "advertised" 24-month warranty. The job was contracted out and only had 12-month warranty. Schertz Auto covered the seal replacement which I appreciated very much. My only critique is that when i brought in because it was leaking I was told it only had 12- month warranty because the job was "contracted out". As a customer who brought their car to Schertz Auto I DONT CARE if you contracted out. I brought it to you, and it is you who will deal with my dissatisfaction. I would prefer that if you are unable to do the work in-house that you advise me of that so that I can have sayso in who ultimately does the work. Either that or cover the work as if you did it, warranty it as such, and YOU deal with any inadequate work done by the contractor."
