I was treated fairly by John's automotive as soon as I arrived, yet the extra mile at the end, gave me peace of mind beyond typical service. I had a pre-sale diagnostic on a car I was considering to buy. When I wanted to incorporate the cost of repairs into the purchase price, meaning the seller would get less than asking, he became scarily irate. From the start, yet especially at the end of this experience, Justin was incredible with telling me what i needed to know about the car, yet also being sure I was safe after the "seller" tumultuously stormed out of the showroom."
