"Although Jiffy Lube is closer, I have been taking my car to Brown's for at least 6-7 years for an oil change. They always provide me with a detailed inspection report re other things such as belts, tires, power steering fluid and never pressure me into saying yes to anything I don't feel I need. At 13 years of age, I knew my car would start requiring more to keep her running well. Brown's advised a new timing belt as the old was cracked and advised they would also like to change everything else while they were in there to save me the labor later. They quoted me $1150 and gave me the bill for $1068. I feel good every time when I go to Brown's and shall continue to go there for all my automotive needs. I feel fortunate they are in my neighborhood."
