If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Quality of work was fine however didn't know a supervised trainee would be working on my car. I did however know the trainee and he was a former student of mine Tyler Miller so that was a good surprise. I think it would be prudent if you let the customer know that a supervised trainee was going to work on their car. Anyway just saying might be good to let the owner know. Prius cars aren't user friendly."

"I called Shaun Martin, owner of AutoWorks in Payson, UT and said I would be in Payson on Friday on personal business (I live in Overton, NV) and could he put that "super stuff" in my engine that he did a few years back that keeps it running so well! I also asked if he had "super stuff" for transmissions, since it was transmission care time and was delighted when he said yes. I dropped my car off Friday and said I would pick it up on Monday morning - Shaun even picked me up himself when the car was done!
Now that's "customer service"!"
