"Ron's didn't actually do anything for my truck and that's what was great. I took my truck in for a reoccurring noise but when I got there the noise was gone. I came back the next day after the noise came back but when it came time to look into it there was no noise again. They agreed to take the truck and drive it around and quoted me the cost of looking into it. The next day, after driving it around (a lot), they were not able to get the noise to come back. I mentioned what I thought it was and asked about them just changing the parts but they didn't want to "throw parts at it". There was no charge in the end since they didn't find the problem. This was all right before a big trip. I went ahead with the trip (1k+ miles), everything was fine and no noise still. Once I have a problem I'll be back for sure!"

"The service was prompt on my 1997 Wrangler and when, unbeknownst to the staff, a defective part was installed (a transfer case with a hairline crack that leaked fluid) they moved quickly to reinstall another at no additional charge.
