"I would recommend ANYone to Virginia Auto Service. I've had three repairs done there (coolant pump replacement, battery cable replacement & major oil leak repair, and oil pressure sensor replacement most recently). The repairs have been done quickly and correctly -- the oil leak was repaired in 2012 and now, 4 years later, still no leaks."

"This is the only auto repair shop I've ever gone to and trusted every single time. When I first moved to Fort Worth in 2009, my car died in a garage. A tow truck driver told me about Rick and Ray's and said they were stand up guys. I've never been disappointed, nor has anyone I've referred. Jamey and Sergio are wonderful and very customer service oriented. Rick and Ray never fail to greet customers when they're there.
This past week when my car broke down, I had family in town and we needed a second car. Without even asking, i was offered a loaner.

"I went to Schertz Auto Service for a TX State inspection. I was immediately greated once entering the shop and within two minutes, after paperwork, gave them the keys to work on my vehicle. I found the facility, office and maintenance staff very professional, courteous and friendly. I was told that it would be ten to fifteen minutes for the inspection. I went next door to the 7-11 to get some quick lunch. My vehicle was already waiting on me. I will be returning if I have any additional vehicle issues."

"I would say that the work service is excellent. At T & C you are treated as an individual not just a random person.
My particular needs have always been met, including accommodating my unusual work schedule. Recently my vehicle broke down in the evening (due to random act of nature), I was all alone, but the towing and repair was done in a very timely way so that I had reliable transport again for getting to work.
