"I had been looking for a new place to take my Toyota Matrix since I purchased it used about two years ago. My previous mechanic had moved, and I needed to stay with someone close to my work. LBR came recommended by a co-worker, and I've been happy I made the switch. I find the staff to be friendly and in-the-know. If need be, things are explained to me until I understand. Pricing is competitive, and I have no 'surprises' when I pick up my car after it's been serviced. To sum it up - Thanks, LBR, for helping me take care of my car!"

"I felt i could trust that work was going to be done only as needed, since Triple AAA recommends and stands behind it's work and honesty. Otherwise, they would also be responsible how we trust "their " service too. I was told that we were being taken advantage of because of our being stranded out of our home base. So it was difficult explaining that I would not have accepted just any auto center if it hadn't been recommended by triple A!!"
