"I called them because I read good reviews on this Company and wanted to try them out because it's in Aiea and I work in Pearl City Industrial... very convenient!Overall, they managed to service what I was there for but couldn't repair a slow leaking tire.. they said it was because of the area it was located. I told the front girl not to worry as I was going to head to my friends shop who I purchased tires/rims from at MOD Industries.... go ask for David, tell him I sent you! BTW: He repaired my slow leak and is a happy camper!!!, whoohoo). Anyway, PCAW provided me with great service and even gave me a loaner car to get back to work so I wouldn't have to wait at their shop. Their service was extremely fast and price was reasonably as expected, so thank you PCAW! The funny part was that I drive an Escalade EXT and getting into their loaner car, a Toyota it just felt like my butt was on the road :-) I will recommend and use them again, mahalo!"

"Whenever my car is a hot, busted up mess, I get it to Garry's. I'll just drop it off, even after hours, knowing they'll get to the car, usually within 48 business hours. They even called me to offer me a ride if I needed one during their office hours--and even though I didn't make an appointment. And then when they quote a price range for repairs, they're going to do what they can to not charge me the high end of the spectrum. They're honest, and it's hard to find that these days. Plus, my car runs great (stupid serpentine belt)! Thanks, you guys, for keeping me on the road!"
