"Mike and Harry are absolutely fantastic. I was having misfires on my V12 and the dealership's suggestion was "start replacing pieces and maybe it'll stop." LBR chased down the issue and after trying a few things concluded (correctly) it was the ignition coil. Instead of charging me for everything replaced, Mike only charged me for the parts&labour on the ignition coil itself saving me several thousand dollars. I'm absolutely using LBR for everything in the future."
