"Mike and his crew have taken care of my car(s) for more than 20 yrs. I value the care and expertise they put into my vehicle. Flunked the smog test and brought it to Mike--it needed work done and I was going out of town. Not unusual Mike had the car ready and running for me, passing the Test in time for me to take it on the road. Driving back from the Burlingame I was in the thick of this morning's nasty weather, commute traffic and felt very secure knowing it was in perfect order. Comforting to say the least. "The employees at Snellville Auto are extremely professional & friendly. They follow up in a timely manner & explain the issue & what needs to be done. I recently had service completed got home & saw another issue, called them &I returned the vehicle back so it could be fixed. It was almost closing time for them| however, they waited for me & apologized for the inconvenience. The car was repaired the next day. Would definitely recommend them."

"I've been looking for a new car care "home" for 1.5 years as my former mechanic retired. Based on my recent experience with Brown's Automotive, they are my new mechanics! They had to fix and oil leak as well as replace the power steering pump and lines. Unfortunately, the first power steering pump was defective, so they replaced it (at no extra cost). The second pump after 4 weeks was still making too much noise. The mechanic checked it out and explained that they always attempted to save customer money where possible. They used a generic pump in both cases. However, they recommended I use a Ford pump which would cost an additional nominal amount. They told me how much it would be, and stated it was up to me to decide if i wanted to go with Ford or try a third generic pump. I decided to go with the Ford product. My truck is running well with no noise. Yeah!!! The people at Brown's Automotive are honest and have the customer's best interest at heart. It might take more than once to fix a problem. But they explain what needs to be done and how they are trying to bring down your cost. I like how they treated me. Here customer service is number one."
