"Faust employs a great staff from the front desk, to the technicians in the bays, to the management staff. Our old, higher mileage car need several items repaired due to normal wear and tear. We were able to work with them to assess if the cost of the labor was worth the effort, or if we were only kicking the can down the road for more than it is worth. In the end, they were able to get the job done and everything is running great."

"My appointment was to get a smog certification for my truck. It was completed in 40 minutes which was 10 minutes longer than estimated. BUT, there's a good reason why it took a bit longer. They had to make accommodations in order for my truck to pass. And they did! Without charging me more money! The gentleman at the front desk made me aware of everything that was taking place. This was my first time at CCC. My experience was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone."

Today I had them diagnose my newly-acquired 2003 Windstar's rough running, make repairs based on the diagnosis, and do some recommended and preventive maintenance. I just got the repaired car back today so I'm going to have to drive it a bit to really observe the result. However, I let Advanced Auto do the recommended work because I trust that they're competent and honest, and because they're a friendly, easy-to-work-with, crew."

I wanted a second opinion and a friend referred me to Larry's shop. His crew found that the list of "much needed" repairs I got from the dealership, was in fact not true.
