"My 2015 Toyota Tacoma did not heat the cabin sufficiently any longer. I researched myself on the Internet Tacoma forums and was surprised to read how difficult the root cause diagnosis seems to be and what people were suggesting to do. I explained the issue to Jim and he told me he would investigate, test and check with his "think tank" team and then propose a fix. His proposal was not to change the expensive heat ex-changer, but to change the water pump. I was skeptical and told him that the Tacoma forums did not mention such and often blamed the thermostat which based on our testing did not make sense. Jim suggested to change the water pump and I agreed. Aside from replacing the water pump, Jim also changed the 11 year old thermostat for free. Just picked up my car. Cabin heats like it used to do. Just like previous repairs, work is done done right the first time. Best auto repair facility I ever entrusted with all my vehicles!!!"

"They got my car in right away.(2002 MINI Cooper) Called me with estimates and updates. Car works great after repair was done. Receipt included pictures of my car that were repaired or needed repair.
I've also had work done previously on my Toyoto Tundra that I was very happy with!
The staff is personable and reliable. Definitely feels like the 'neighborhood shop', which it is! (I happen to also know the owners are active members in the local neighborhood association, which says a lot about them being invested in their neighborhood!)
