"I just wanted to drop a short note on an experience I had with East doing a PPI for me on a potential purchase. I usually leave the comment section for others but I will make an acceptation for this pleasant experience. They did a great job of sorting the car out. exposing strengths and weaknesses which I felt came from an un-biased point of view. They were helpful making me feel at home by, providing periodicals, links to further my knowledge about the brand and community. I also asked about a side project I was doing and if they had experience with older 6 series, I was pleasantly informed that they did and I was introduced to the team leader and owner. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake, which with my experiences as of late it is a welcomed change! Once upon return, I will be bringing in my car(6 series) in to see how they can help make her be the best E24 she can be. Thank you for all your help and look forward to future positive experiences. P.S. There is one of two reason's I refer the car as her and none are for negative reasons, I call the car Maddie Hayes..... that name is associated with some of the lore of the E24, a little BMW trivia! Thanks again for everything!"

"As a rule, I love hometown businesses and Faust is a great example of why I love them. I had problems on a nasty, cold, icy morning and immediately took my truck to Faust Automotive. They knew I could not drive the truck any further so they cleaned the ice off their own vehicle and brought me home. They fixed the problem and when I said I was coming to get it, they started it so that the ice would thaw and I would not have to scrape it. Amazing service. That is what I always get."
