I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair 24/7 and to have a lot of help like getting my vehicle to and from the shop plus my van is so important for me to be independent and able to go wherever I need to. "I've been to this shop twice and will continue to go as long as I am in Cincinnati. Since I moved to this area 6 years ago I have had the toughest time finding a good, quality mechanic. I was spoiled with my small town mechanic whom I knew I could trust. My former mechanic was not only a superb mechanic but he was a good friend of my family and probably most of his customers. I drove the hour back to his shop until he unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer and could no longer work. /nThe first time I was surprised by how quickly and Hassle-free it was to get an appointment. When they called me with the damage report they were honest with the fact that my car at the time was not worth trying to fix; something I somewhat already knew. After the conversation I called my mother in tears because I knew I had found one of the best shops in the area and I finally felt safe and relieved; not the fact that I would have to buy another car./nAfter I purchased my new car, I made sure to take it there to get an oil change. I was treated with the same respect and kindness I was the first time. I know that I can trust my cars in the hands of this shop without ever being taken advantage of. Oh, and my former mechanic's name was also Jim, which I found ironic."

"After my oil change, I noticed I was leaking oil all the way up my driveway and in garage. Took it back next day and replaced the oil and they cleaned engine. No explanation why it was leaking."
