We were able to leave the car with them Wednesday night| they came to collect me, so I could get my well-running CR-V Thursday afternoon!! They allowed me the special customer care of listing work done at a different service center within their notes, so they have a more complete record of all work done on my CR-V| they are my car's primary doctor!
