"After a disaster with Napa Ford where they had my car for an entire day but didn't on it until very late in the day, they did a shot gun diagnosis and could't find the problem. They suggested a $595.00 repair for the back hinges (explorer) which may be the problem. Guess what, it wasn't the problem. Ace Automotive found the problem and fixed it for half the cost of the fantasy repair the dealership suggested. Ace Automotive also drove me to a doctors appointment and picked me up for me to find my car perfectly repaired and ready to go. Give Ace Automotive a try! "I needed to get a headlight bulb replaced as my wife was taking my car for the weekend. The team at Skillman were all extremely helpful- Jonathan managed to squeeze me in even thought it was last minute and Mike even gave me a ride back to work. Towards the end of the day, they had noticed some issues with my serpentine belt that they felt were unsafe, and jumped through some last minute hoops to replace the belt."

"I went to Hillside Auto Repair for the first time to have my brake fluid replaced. I made an appointment ahead of time. When I got there, they took my car right away. Mike helped me, and he is a very nice and courteous person. The business is very clean (which is hard for an auto shop) and the employees all seemed very happy to be there. This is one of the best experiences I have had at an auto shop. The owner came in while I was there and introduced himself. He asked everyone if they needed more help and was very nice. Overall this was a very positive experience."

"First time here. Very responsive. Good work and good price. I spent a lot of time trying to find a good garage to start taking my car to and LGA seems to be the best. They certainly have the most positive reviews I've seen anywhere. Work was done on time and it runs great. They also compiled a bunch of work that needs to be done. I was aware of most of it so it's not just up selling me. Now we can make a maintenance plan to tackle the work and keep it in good shape. I spoke with Dave, Hector and John all separately and they gave the same level of service and a consistent message. Never pressuring me to do more but identifying what has a priority and should be done first. I'll be back. Could be a long term customer. Updates to follow."

"Excellent customer service at the front desk. They greet you as you first walk in, even though they are busy. I appreciated the pictures taken of the engine and brakes showing their condition. No one else has provided me that service. They provided a thorough review of all recommendations, both recommended and those needing immediate attention. They called me with updates and estimates of when the car would be ready. Very friendly shuttle drivers. When I picked up the car, they were extremely thorough explaining all the service work that was performed as well as the warranty and AAA discount. I am giving this car to my son as a college graduation present and will most definitely be servicing my new car at Babcock's."

"You guys rule. Thanks for honoring the price I was quoted and taking the extra time to bs with me and look over my E53 in detail. Well worth finding the cause of my self leveling suspension woes and the tech also found a loose clamp on my CV boot plus the trans temp sensor (which I plan to address with the upcoming 120K fluid change). I'll probably be back for that and definitely any bigger jobs. Also I appreciate scanning for error codes, clearing and re-scanning as well that was very helpful.
