"I was coming off a disaster from Napa Ford. After making an appointment and showing up on time (9:00), they let the car sit for the entire day. I called in at 2:30 and the car hadn't even been looked at. They had to do a shotgun diagnosis at the end of the day and could't find the real problem. Their suggestion was to replace the real glass hinges and door ajar switch as per Ford Motor Co. TSB, a $595.00 repair with no guarantee that's the problem. I had never even opened the real glass (explorer). The was no way that was the problem, just a way for Napa Ford to rip me off. I called Ace Automotive and they immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it brilliantly the same day. Ace also took me to a doctors appointment and also picked me up to find my car ready to go and paperwork completed! Ace Automotive ROCKS and so does Bernie the man! For anyone looking for honesty and integrity, which is hard to find these days, I highly recommend Ace Automotive for all your vehicle repairs. GO ACE!"

"I was very pleased with service that I had received. I had to replace the 2 front tires for the past 3 years at another Tire shop. I thought , I was getting an alignment at the other Tire shop along with 2 front tires, but it appears I was charged for an alignment that I did not receive. At Snellville auto repair they got to the bottom of why I was going through the front tires so frequently. Mrs. Gail is a counselor and is very understanding and sweet.
