"Called with an estimate before doing the work and let us know when the work was complete. Everything got done on the same day. Made it very convenient for us since we had another vehicle to bring in for an oil change. Scheduling the appointment online really simplified things too. And when I was foolish enough not to write down what I scheduled a simple phone call was all I needed to do to confirm the appointment. The only thing that may have been more helpful would be an exact time and date being included with the email that I received."

"I was really pressed for an alignment on a Ford F150 which I had just replaced upper and lower control arms, ball joints, and tie rod ends as well as installing an SPC caster Camber kit. Honest 1 auto care took care of me in a timely manner and the alignment is straight. Their price is competitive, there waiting area is clean, the bathroom was super clean, and they have a play area. While I was there they served several customers and they were totally honest. I'm not an ASE mechanic, but I have done a lot of work on a lot of vehicles, so I'm fairly familiar with pricing and mark ups. This shop seems very straight forward, and won't try to talk someone less savvy into a $1500 brake job like most dealers do. Will return again, and Thanks!"

"Rick & Rays was outstanding today. I am from out of town and had a minor wreck yesterday, so I wanted to make sure my car was safe for the long drive back home.
They got me in quickly, and made me comfortable (I had a great cup of coffee and watched the end of a great basketball game).
They took me back and showed me my car up on a lift and told me it was in perfect shape mechanically. They wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with everything and asked any questions.
Bottom line: I am relieved and confident in my car, and they charged me.....$0! Nothing.
I wish I lived in Ft Worth - I would take my cars to them regularly."

"I had an auto emergency on Thursday noon. I took my car to the shop on Chatfield and Brett, the manager, asked me about the problem and he took it right in. I was driven home and the car was ready the next morning. They also came out to pick me up to get my car. This is great as I am about 10 miles away from the shop! This is what they do to make the customer not be inconvenienced at all. I know I will not be overcharged like some shops. These guys are professionals from the management to the staff and mechanics. I know I will not be charged for work my car does not need. They tell you upfront what the charge will be and for what work should be done. Not one penny more and sometimes it is less! They also send out reminders about services that are due. I would forget. I am so glad I was recommended to this shop (by another female) and feel confident in the service I receive on my cars. This will be MY SHOP for many years to come. I trust them and they always do the right thing the first time!
