"Good:
Professional and friendly service.
Complementary shuttle service.
Work completed on time.
Got a call when car was ready vs. having to call in.
Not so great:
Spent $200+ on oil change and minor checkup, but didn't get windshield water fluid topped off. Now, I did forget to specifically ask to have it done, but I would have hoped I would have at least been asked about it... especially since the warning light for 'low washer fluid' was coming on before I took it in."

"Highly recommend! I took my 2004 Mercedes in to get an air filter and serpentine belt replacement. I mentioned that the dealer recommended I get it changed after my last checkup. Harry was awesome, and said they would take a look at it before replacing, and he threw in a free inspection! They ended up not replacing the serpentine belt and while they did recommend other services, the prices were much much less than what the dealership quoted. They have a digital inspection report so you can see pics or get more detailed info. Very fair and honest. Thanks Harry (and the mechanics)!"
