If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Yar, the shop foreman, was the person that I dealt with the most. He was professional on the phone and at the shop. On my initial visit he quickly worked out a quote for my job and told me to come in in three days. When I asked if they could complete my job in one day, he said there was an 80% chance of that, and at at the very worst case, the car w/b ready the following morning. They stuck to that schedule, and all of the work was done correctly, and a little under their quote.
When the car was ready, Yar called me to tell me it was good to go.
The only negative I have is that the entire shop, with the exception of the inside "customer service" area, is very messy, with cars parked everywhere. A few of those cars appeared to be disassembled race cars or big projects that had not yet been started (40-year-old Alfa Romeo that looked like it had been parked outside in Death Valley for a decade).
Call me a grumpy old fart, but I've more confidence in a shop that keeps itself clean and at least has a designated parking area for customers."
