"I have been using a great BMW shop 60 miles into the Valley, but I wanted to try a shop nearer to home. I took a chance on Concours Motors based upon reviews. Phil, the Service Writer and Mariusz, the Shop Foreman did a spectacular job on my M3. I just wanted to know that these guys know my car. I am impressed by the shop's cleanliness, professionalism and expertise. Phil is a Certified BMW, M-B and McLaren Master Tech... and he's the Service Writer! Mariusz found stuff on my car that the previous shop didn't... and I drove all the way to that shop because I thought they knew my car best. I stand corrected. These guys definitely know their stuff."

"I love the Griffins and have enjoyed their honesty competence and desire to please for many years. Frequently Clark and Nanette went far beyond my expectations| for example more than a few times Clark himself or one of his employees came to my workplace to pick up my vehicle for servicing and once even to change a tire. A few years ago I had an irritating squeak in a different Jeep. Several of the employees tried to find the cause. Clark finally drove me down the street then asked "" Where did you hit that deer?"" He lifted the hood bent the metal a bit and the squeak was gone. This time as always I dropped off my Jeep left my keys and went on my merry way with full knowledge that the staff at Griffins would take care of the necessary ""issues"". This time I believed that my air conditioner needed to be recharged. In fact it did not! Clark did notice instead that my air filter was dirty and that my steering wheel was not aligned properly which would cause unnecessary wear on my tires. I had a carefree luncheon with a friend and returned to find that I was once again safe and ready for the road. Griffins are the best!"

At first I thought that I was given the shaft again due to some unforeseen mechanical issues| but I found Mr. Kacal to be a kind cool responsible reparable place to take my car.
