I have been taking my Prius to Hillside Auto Repair for the past 3 years, and I am always impressed by the knowledgeable, honest, reliable, fast, friendly service I receive from everyone I come into contact with at Hillside Auto Repair. Whether it be a ride home from the owner, Dave, a phone call from Mike, or a chat with Juan Carlos (the BEST car detailer ever!), everyone at Hillside Auto Repair seems to genuinely care about the customers. Hillside Auto Repair seems to have discovered the secret recipe for being a family-run business that provides 5 star professional service! I always leave the shop feeling like I'm driving a brand new car! I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else - they've earned me as a customer for life! I mean, really, on top of everything else, they provide free daily home-made treats made by baker-extraordinare, Zoie!"

His concern was that they said if he brought it in early they would start on it right away. His other concern was that he had to call them for a status update. They do not communicate well."

"These guys are so great. Ever since I started working full-time, going to school and taking care of my family I have lost all concept of time and with that, car maintenance. I have a tendency to let my car go and they save my butt every time. They never try to oversell or pressure their customers and they are incredibly fair. I am happy to say that I trust them and their truly *Honest* car care. As a side-note, I judge most establishments based on their bathroom and this place has a really nice bathroom! They also have a play area which my kids have enjoyed in the past, and I have sat in their waiting area and used their complimentary wifi to do my homework. I am usually able to power-through the homework with the help of their complimentary coffee. I have never used it, but there is also a desktop computer available for guest use. In addition to top notch care, the entire environment is welcoming and facilitates productivity so you don't feel like your whole day was wasted waiting for your car to be fixed up. I can't thank you guys enough. I just wish that there was an option for six stars!"
