"Hillside Auto Repair is an example of how a business should be run Dave has a very simple business model and it works !!! Respect the customer ,Charge a fair price and Stand behind your work. The entire team follows this mission statement and to verify this all you have to do is take a seat in the clean and comfortable waiting area and listen to reports and exchanges between the service advisors and customers when they come to pickup their cars. As a tradesman I can appreciate the clean and organized service bays . The garage lead is great she keeps the advisors status on all the work going in the bays so the techs don't have to be interrupted which in turn allows for good production. No one likes car problems but if you have them it is nice to know you can to take your car to someone you can trust. I have to give special credit to David for being so kind and understanding to my wife in dealing with her late Fathers car, it was a stressful situation and he demonstrated complete professionalism in explaining that it was time to donate the car . For this act of compassion I must single him out for a special THANK YOU!!!"

"I trust Bill Faulconer and the Renson crew implicitly. They do a very thorough inspection and tell me what needs fixing and what can wait. And for the repairs deemed necessary, they will always recommend the most economical options for the same quality. All of the front office people are extremely courteous and personable. I don't see them that often (they keep my car running great!) but they always seem like old friends. Even though I live 25 miles away, I make the effort to bring my car to Renson. As I drive away after the services have been performed, I really feel good knowing that my car is in tip top shape. They are simply the best."
