"They were very friendly & fair with their charges. However, they did not warn me that changing the battery would/had deactivated the radio/audio system. This, I believe is causing some new electrical responses from the dash (besides the radio saying ENTER CODE). Either that or this is what caused the battery problem to start with, although vehicle does start OK. Unfortunately since I am not the original owner I do not have the code (even though I have all the owner's manuals & even the original price sticker) so apparently I will need the pull the radio to get its serial number to get the code. It would have been nice for someone to mention this so I could have you do this while you had the vehicle . Please take this a constructive criticism. I will call to discuss."
