"I am BMW owner for decades. Like many, I have utilized dealership service with lack of known alternatives. Until Concours was recommended. It is my first service here. So far I can see that the owner & staff strives to please the customer, and repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I feel so far that they go a few extra steps for achieving the highest quality service experience. I will be back next week for more good service in my electrical system"

"I own a 2010 Toyota Camry with aprox. 76k miles. I had check engine light come on and when I checked the codes it said misfire on multiple cylinders. I replaced all ignition coils and spark plugs, but I was still having a problem with the engine light coming on and the traction control light was coming on now. So I gave up and took it into AutoWorks and asked them to help. They did their diagnostic on the vehicle and found that my tires were out of balance so they balanced and rotated the tires. They changed the oil and now my car runs great. I am pleased with their service was great. They were reasonable about pricing and they accepted my AAA membership. I would recommend this auto shop to all friends and family."

"Chris, as ever, was very helpful! I had had some major repairs done here back in 2015 so my 1997 van would pass Smog. It cost a lot but they not only fixed the obvious problems but also detected that earlier repairs by other people had been done incorrectly! No wonder I was having such a hard time with it! So, when I came in today (2 years later) for another Smog inspection, I was a little bit nervous! But it passed with flying colors which made me very happy AND validated the excellent longevity of the repair work Eric Krebs Automotive had done 2 years before! In this day and age of quick fixes and shoddy workmanship, it's nice to know there are still a few places left where you can trust you'll get good value for your hard earned money. I have no problem recommending Eric Krebs Automotive for any work you need to have done! It will be money well spent!"
