"I have always had a positive experience at Bob Kaiser's repair. Everything from having an oil change to a windshield replaced to alternators, starters, suspension and alignment. I've had it all done there. Their service is complete. The owner is an honest man doing honest work. The shop has always done what's right for me. Of course it costs money to fix cars and it's not cheap to maintain a vehicle. Bob Kaiser's prices are reasonable. They have gone out of their way to provide second hand parts at my request if it was safe and in my best interest. I highly recommend this repair shop, you will not be disappointed."

"As soon as I called LBR for the first time, they treated me like a reliable, regular customer. They repaired what needed repairing and informed me of damage that was done by another auto shop during a routine oil change (rhymes with Jiffy Lube). They felt so bad that so much damage had been caused that they not only documented the entire process through pictures and written notes, but they helped me figure out how to approach the other shop about reimbursing me for the damage done. On top of that, because I was a new customer and had such an unexpected repair, they gave me 10% off of the whole bill. These guys are honest, they are reliable, they are good at what they do, and they're very nice. (And I walked away with a washed car!!)"
