"once again, the service was excellent and my car is road-ready. _everything_ else being positive, i have 1 problem and 1 minor quibble. quibble: my car's oil usage was not electronically reset after the oil change. this is the first time it wasn't done. problem: i got a ride home in the morning, but a ride back to the shop never happened. i called about it and was told someone would come, but after two such calls and two hours no one showed up. i tried to call several more times but only reached voicemail. i left a message, but when no one returned my call, i finally asked a neighbor for a ride. i'm shocked and disappointed and have no idea what happened. if this had been my first visit i wouldn't be coming back. this location has been great for me for the past 2 years and i won't give up, unless this happens again."
