"I've had nothing but excellent service from all the people at Concours. I bought a project car (1993 325i) last Sept. and have brought it in for major service four times. And every time the problem gets repaired the first time. I have much more to do with my project car, but as for the motor and transmission, it's in perfect running condition. Two thumbs for all the personal at Concours."

"The problem that had appeared on our car had been ignored by a dealer service center even when I had mentioned it prior to an oil change. When I told Clark about the symptoms he immediately diagnosed what the problem probably was even before he looked at it. Sure enough that was it. They got my car in right away and after ordering parts did the repairs quickly. My biggest surprise was the cost but I shouldn't have been considering the extent of the work. They did a very good job."
